Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), laying down provisions for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the Data Controller is required to provide data subjects with certain information regarding the use of their personal data. In this case, the undersigned Officine Bernardini srl in the performance of its activities/functions needs to process information and personal data related to its organization, acting in the role of data controller under the GDPR. The information and personal data provided by you, or acquired as part of the contractual relationship with the writer, are treated in compliance with applicable laws and obligations of confidentiality which has always inspired our business.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The data processing is aimed at the pre-contractual and contractual management of the activities carried out on behalf of the customer by Officine Bernardini srl. Are highlighted in particular the purposes of: Commercial and pre-contractual management, regarding all the activities that preceded the contractual stipulation; 2. Administrative and accounting management; 3. Management of supply, delivery and assistance services of the solutions and products provided as per contract and/or order 4. Commercial and promotional management post-sale, regarding solutions, new products, organization of events, in line with the services and solutions proposed. The treatment will be carried out with the prevalent aid of electronic instruments, and may concern data and information present on computer or paper, by specially authorized persons. In general, for the purposes mentioned above, depending on the case, the data will be stored at our company, at the customer’s computer infrastructure, at our data center, or at the data centers of our suppliers, and will be communicated only to competent persons, internal or external to the organization, as described below, for the performance of services necessary for the proper management of the contractual relationship and the underlying services with a guarantee of protection of the rights of the person concerned.

The processing of personal data by the Owner is legitimated by the following conditions (art.6 of the GDPR):

In this way we can improve the quality of our service without collecting your personal data. As these data are collected by Google they are also hosted in web spaces outside the European Union, in this context Google acts as a data processor.

Flamingo – Archive of sent emails and requests

We collect within the site the data sent through the contact forms, as well as any consents given and their date of collection. These data are used only for the purpose of Customer Service, without any commercial purpose.

At any time it is possible to contact you at info@officineberardini.it to request the sending, modification or cancellation of this data, or part of it.

Archived contacts are periodically deleted so after a certain period of time it will no longer be possible to request them. This data is stored locally in our hosting space, hosted in Italy.

How long we keep your data

Your Analytics Data and Third Party Data is collected and hosted on the servers outside the European Union of such third parties and managed securely in accordance with applicable regulations.

Media: If you upload images to the Website, you should avoid uploading images that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies: If you leave a comment on our website, you can choose to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. They are used for your convenience so that you do not have to re-enter your information when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
