Accessories for drums
The purpose of the drums discharge channels, is to contain the processing wastewater from the drums discharge valves (avoiding the discharge on the ground) and to channel them into the exhaust system.
By realizing more discharges, or by inserting a diverter, it is possible to channel the wastewater on different pipelines allowing in this way to manage the various waters in a different way.
The channels of our production are made entirely of stainless steel 304 or 316, according to the needs of the customer, the sizing is tailored, in relation to the size of the drum and the water flow rate to be discharged.
The total containment of the wastewater during the discharge is guaranteed by the particular geometry with variable section and the edges created on the upper side of the sides.
Accessories for drums
The mixing tank with stirrer is a device that allows you to bring in solution the various chemicals, before dosing in drum.
These tanks with openable top, but for the rest completely closed, have level probes, temperature probes, washing group, thus allow to work in complete safety, avoiding the operator exposure to vapors, splashes etc.
They are made entirely of stainless steel AISI 316 and are designed to measure according to the available spaces and the required flow volumes.
Depending on the customer’s needs, it is possible to make tanks in different materials, sizes and geometries (also with square or rectangular section).
